Rocker Box for Chris' 17.5" Telescope . . .

During Chris' 17.5" truss remake, I'm using his existing altitude bearings.
The new mirror box is a bit larger than his old one, so a new rocker box is needed.

Chris' 17.5" mirror on its 6-point flotation cell and mirror board.
The custom cover is included with all my telescopes and remakes.

The mirror and UTA look great in their custom color. Chris had me update and 
modify his UTA during this project.  Once the truss-blocks are installed, 
the focuser and baffles will be reinstalled.

Harry and Kathy Pick Up .....

A 12" Lightbridge Rocker Box Upgrade . . .

An all Baltic birch rocker box kit  for the Lightbridge 12" telescope.
This one made for Sanders in Ojai, California.

A 10" and More . . .

Virtually complete is a 10" kit for Blake in Fort Collins, Colorado.

A 17.5" make-over for Chris in Ontario, California. Here the 6-point mirror
is affixed to the mirror with silicone. I give the silicone 48 hours to cure.

Rocker Box for Blake's 10" Kit . . .

Just about complete is Blake's 10" Kit. Here,  his rocker box is taking final shape.

Three Projects Underway . . .

A 6-point flotation mirror cell for a  17.5", 12" and 10" telescope.

These cells are designed and optimized with Plop..

The top ring with curved-vane spider installed and focuser bracket
for Blake's 10" strut telescope kit.

Two Projects and One Cool Dad . . .

A couple of projects underway. Both mirror cells will be 6-point
flotation cells designed and optimized with Plop.

On the left is the beginning of a 17.5" mirror box for Chris in Ontario, California.
Chris' telescope is going through an "ultra-light" make-over.

On the right, a 10" kit for Blake in Fort Collins, Colorado. Blake's dad, Mark
 is "footing the bill" for his sons high-school project. Now he's one "cool dad"!!
