A 9-Point Cell for Robert in Vienna, Virginia...
A 9-point flotation mirror cell for Robert and his 13.1" Coulter primary mirror. The cells are designed and optimized with Plop.
The round aluminum back-plate is perfect for any "round tube" installation.
