A 16" F4.5 for Mike in SaltLake City, Utah . . .

A 9-point flotation mirror cell for Mike's 16" F4.5 mirror
on the Mirror Board. The mirror cell is designed and
optimized with Plop.

Three "vent holes" allow for more rapid cooling. A dual
fan system will be included.
