A 16" 9-point Cell for Tory . . .

Tory, from Minneapolis, Minnesota asked me to build him a 9-point
flotation cell with a O.D. of 19". This cell, and all those I build, are
designed and optimized with Plop software.

3/8" hardware complete the collimation bolts with 1.5" hand knobs.
